• Work with providers in the assigned territory to educate and offer support to all providers • Monitor the KPIs for all providers in their assigned territories and help them meet benchmarks and goals • Lead weekly and monthly fellowship meetings • Facilitate communication between operations and medical staff • Collaborate with RDO and HR on HR matters related to the team • Address individual or team performance deficiencies • Participate in interviews of all providers for the assigned region
• Minimum of one year of previous leadership experience in healthcare • Experience in quality initiatives highly preferred. • Outstanding patient care and knowledge. • Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Friendly and customer service oriented • Strong “Crucial Conversation” skills
