📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations • Provide compassionate, evidence-based individual psychotherapy • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation • Coordinate psychiatric referrals when appropriate • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to promote continuity of care and positive patient outcomes • Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Arizona licensing requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC • Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills • Comfortable providing services through telehealth • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams • Commitment to maintaining consistent patient availability • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly desirable
