📋 Description

• Develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy • Define availability and create a schedule aligned with lifestyle and caseload preferences • Consult regularly with the Clinical Director and regional team for support and feedback • Connect with therapists across the country using the Clinician Connect platform • Provide mental health treatment to help clients overcome challenges and improve relationships • Participate in company events and CEU sponsorship opportunities • Collaborate within a care-team treatment model • Rely on WellQor for credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative services

🎯 Requirements

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions • Comfort using technology in everyday work • A willingness to learn • Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor • Ability to provide tele-therapy • Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States location indicated
