📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end clinical data integration projects from kickoff through production • Collaborate with internal teams, provider partners, project administrators, and EHR vendors • Lead technical implementation of direct-to-partner products and solutions • Support partner onboarding, data integration, and adoption of provider-engagement and population-health solutions • Guide provider organizations through CMS program technical deliverables, including MSSP and ACO REACH • Interpret EHR capabilities and advise partners on interface setup and data-submission best practices • Document integration steps, communicate status updates, and align clinical, technical, and business stakeholders • Review incoming data files for structure and content and support partner QA processes • Troubleshoot interface issues to ensure data fidelity and performance-based contract support • Track partner interactions through email and calls and maintain project and process documentation • Identify workflow improvements and refine technical and operational standards • Develop internal-platform expertise and use front-end and back-end tools, including SQL environments, to resolve complex issues within SLAs • Collaborate on technical initiatives involving interoperability, system functionality, new EHR vendor integration methods, and new data specifications • Manage activities and individuals associated with interface projects under the direction of the Director of Interoperability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience required • 6+ years of experience in the healthcare industry • 5+ years of data gathering/analysis experience • 2+ years working with assigned direct reports, with evidence of meeting department goals • Experience with various EMR systems • Knowledge of HL7, QRDA1, and CCDA • Interface development and troubleshooting for partner implementation • SQL, BigQuery, and Foundry proficiency for querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting data issues • Project coordination, timeline definition, deliverable management, and cross-functional alignment • CRM system management and partner-interaction documentation • Technical documentation and ability to translate technical information for non-technical users • Quality assurance and data validation for clean, accurate, and complete data feeds • Cross-team collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders • HIPAA compliance and data privacy/security knowledge • Presentation skills for partner kickoff calls and support questions • Strong problem-solving, communication, time-management, organizational, and professional skills • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and take initiative • SCRUM Fundamentals, Udemy SQL Certification, Udemy Data Engineering 101 Certification, and/or Azure Fundamentals certification preferred • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards • General or strong interest in population health and healthcare IT
