📋 Description

• Translate pharmacovigilance and/or clinical-regulatory content from Spanish into English • Perform Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) on machine-translated safety content • Perform copy-edit review of translated/post-edited content for accuracy, tone, and consistency • Meet strict, non-extendable turnaround times on time-sensitive safety content • Support a high-volume, fast-turnaround pharmacovigilance program for a leading global pharmaceutical company

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in translation, linguistics or language studies, or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training • Minimum 2 years of professional experience translating medical documentation, with experience and knowledge in Pharmacovigilance and/or Clinical-Regulatory content • Experience translating pharmacovigilance content preferred, including SAE/AE, PSURs, SUSARs, ICSRs, DSURs, and Risk Management Plans (RMP) • Alternatively, experience translating regulatory or clinical documents such as medical reports, protocols, synopses, ICF, discharge reports, study reports, SmPC, PIL, or medical literature • Great daily availability; consistent daily capacity is required and the program is not suited to part-time schedules • Strong Spanish proficiency • Experience with XTM or similar CAT tools • Reliable, deadline-driven, and flexible, able to commit to fast turnaround times with no extensions
