📋 Description

• Review and prepare complex business and individual returns • Lead tax planning and strategy discussions • Manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor • Review staff work and help develop team members • Work directly with business owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors • Support a growing advisory-focused practice • Grow into Tax Manager and Pod leadership responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Current Tax Supervisors, Senior Tax Supervisors, or Tax Managers • Strong Tax Seniors already performing at the next level • Meaningful review experience • CPA or EA • 5+ years of public accounting experience • Strong review experience • Client-facing advisory and tax planning exposure • Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment • Bonus experience with real estate investors, rental properties, cost segregation, 1031 exchanges, and multi-state tax
