📋 Description

• Fulfill assigned teaching load in assigned courses and associated clinical education • Participate in and contribute to course, curriculum, and program assessment activities through the University's continuous improvement plan • Improve and upgrade class materials and syllabi using University processes • Use varied teaching methodologies to facilitate observable student achievement of prescribed learning outcomes • Demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching, the teaching/learning process, and individual students • Keep regular approved faculty office hours • Provide timely feedback and academic advising according to University protocols • Demonstrate advanced teaching skills through evaluations, reviews, and evidence of student achievement • Mentor students and faculty as assigned by the department/program dean or chair

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three years of clinical supervision of speech-language pathology students at a clinical site or in higher education • At least three years in speech-language pathology, including documented clinical practice • Clinical skills to cultivate a learner-centered environment and foster excellence • Knowledge in technological support and delivery of program area and services • Knowledge and evidence of strong supervisory and management skills applicable to specialized program area • Knowledge of accreditation standards • Graduate degree with an emphasis in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders is required • Degrees must be awarded by an institution accredited by a USDE-recognized regional accrediting body
