📋 Description

• Support sales team and clients in HOA business line • Drive usage and adoption of HOA products/systems • Conduct business environment analysis and usage assessment • Create improvement plans and provide training for CMC staff • Assist in developing user guides and training sales officers • Provide bank transition support for key clients • Engage in sales prospecting efforts and document opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent from a college or university • 1 or more years related experience or, 4 or more years related experience • Work related experience should consist of relevant experience in the financial industry • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking, including understanding of bank products, services, and regulations, policies and procedures • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
