• Proactively establish long-term, positive communication with parents and promptly report students' progress in academics, applications, and related areas • Understand each family's concerns, communication preferences, and expectations; provide appropriate guidance and emotional support • Respond and coordinate immediately when issues arise so parents feel understood and supported • Assist in matching relevant support products (e.g., courses, mentor services, or external resources) based on changes to a student's learning path or new goals • Collect feedback and help optimize service processes to improve customer satisfaction and referral rates • Collaborate with college advisors, former admissions-officer consultants, and program managers to ensure services meet family needs • When the mentoring team develops admission advising roadmaps, school selection plans, or application strategies, promptly communicate and incorporate family needs and considerations into the plans • Track key data such as service completion rates, parent communication logs, and student status; proactively identify service risks and intervene to coordinate • Relay family needs to academic research, curriculum, and operations teams • Coordinate information flow between internal mentors and external parents to ensure consistent messaging and synchronized timing
• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in education, psychology, management, communications, or related fields preferred • At least 2 years of experience in educational services, customer success, project management, or high-end client services • Excellent communication skills, emotionally composed, able to handle clients with high expectations • Strong project awareness and clear logical thinking; able to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently drive progress • Fluent in English, able to communicate directly with overseas mentors or parents • International education background or familiarity with U.S. undergraduate / Commonwealth study systems is a plus
