📋 Description

• Expand the company’s pipeline of marketable single-family home contracts through expert acquisition, lead conversion, and management of complex real estate transactions. • Develop and lead the training and mentorship program for newly hired Home Buyer Associates. • Formalize best practices and drive team performance. • Actively report new hire progress and compliance to the manager. • Serve as primary mentor for new Home Buyer Associates through one-on-one coaching, shadowing lead appointments, and overseeing field visits. • Track mentee metrics, provide feedback, and implement targeted training interventions to improve closing ratios. • Lead training sessions on advanced negotiation and complex deal structuring. • Review contracts and valuations submitted by junior associates for accuracy and compliance. • Provide structured feedback for documenting proprietary off-market acquisition strategies and processes. • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of documented success in real estate acquisition, comprehensive expertise on contract compliance, specifically off-market SFR wholesale transactions. • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed aggressive acquisition goals. • Demonstrated expertise handling inherited, probate, or distressed property leads. • Exceptional negotiation skills for face-to-face and phone interactions, including emotionally charged situations. • Proficiency with CRM software, public record databases, and property valuation tools. • Strong knowledge of wholesale contracts, title work, and property valuation methods. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills suitable for coaching and reporting. • Previous experience in training, coaching, or managing sales professionals preferred. • Self-starter with a “hunter” mentality and results-oriented work ethic preferred. • High ethical standards and commitment to professional integrity preferred. • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team preferred. • Daily travel within local metroplex.
