📋 Description

• Administer, configure, govern, support, and continuously improve the Contract Lifecycle Management platform • Partner with Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, Compliance, IT, and other team members to align contract processes, templates, clauses, workflows, and reporting dashboards • Provision, modify, and deactivate user accounts • Maintain user groups, security groups, roles, permissions, organizational structures, and access controls • Support user onboarding • Configure and maintain contract types, templates, clauses, metadata, attributes, workflows, approval-routing rules, notifications, business rules, and master data • Perform system testing for configuration enhancements • Ensure templates and clause libraries align with approved legal and business policies • Follow change-control processes and coordinate required approvals • Support audit and compliance requirements • Serve as the primary contact for CLM users and troubleshoot user issues and workflow questions • Coordinate and track vendor support tickets • Provide reports, extracts, and data analysis • Maintain dashboards and operational reports and monitor adoption, usage, and contract-process metrics • Support management reporting on cycle times, compliance, and contract status • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, SIT/UAT testing, enhancement evaluation, and system improvement • Coordinate with implementation partners and software vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with CLM platforms, including Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, SAP Ariba Contracts, or Sirion • Understanding of contract management, procurement, and legal processes • Workflow and business-rule configuration experience • Experience managing permissions, security, and master data • Knowledge of reporting and dashboard development • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Legal Operations, or related field • 3+ years of CLM, ERP, procurement systems, or contract administration experience • CLM platform administration certification, such as Icertis Academy certification • Experience supporting integrations between CLM and ERP systems such as SAP • Applicants must meet applicable United States and comparable export-control requirements where required
