📋 Description

• Report to the OSS Program Manager based in the Cranberry, PA facility • Help set up, review, and maintain Rate Management master data in SAP • Verify personnel assignments, contract details, and labor-rate information for accuracy • Monitor and process union rate changes, applying updates to rate tables and SAP systems • Learn troubleshooting analytic techniques related to downstream rate impacts • Assist with labor-rate updates, audits, and documentation • Support and participate in the Request for Pricing (RFP) process to develop competitive labor rates • Respond to routine questions and collaborate with teams to resolve data issues • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, or accounting • Completed Sophomore year of college • Familiar with basic accounting and finance formulas and terms • Interested in data management & analytics • Interested in working in an operations organization (shared services, triage, ticketing) • Applicants must be able to meet applicable United States and comparable export control requirements
