📋 Description

• Increase the number of funded deals by partnering with suitable dealers • Identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers in the assigned local region • Present and communicate company products and services to management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person • Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts • Follow up on leads and referrals from telephone calls • Develop, maintain, and grow current and prospective dealer partners • Communicate with dealer partners by phone or in person about current programs • Train dealers on Western Funding and the documentation required for fast funding of contracts • Report to Regional Sales Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent (required) • College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred) • Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales • Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership • 1–2 years’ previous experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of success • Clear and effective presentation skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology • Able to work independently and in a team • Comfortable travelling up to 75% of the time • A valid driver's license is required; driving is an essential function and alternative transportation is not an acceptable substitute • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus • Must be based in the US
