📋 Description

• Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within independent and franchise dealerships in person • Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts • Follow up on new leads and referrals from telephone calls for independent and franchise dealers • Develop, maintain, and grow current and potential dealer partners • Communicate with dealer partners by phone or in person about current programs • Train dealers on Western Funding and the documentation required for fast funding of contracts • Increase funded deals by partnering with suitable dealers • Identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers in the assigned local region • Report to Regional Sales Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the US • High School diploma or equivalent required • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred • 1–2 years of previous experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of success • Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership • Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology • Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques • Clear and effective presentation skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time to visit auto dealers • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
