📋 Description

• Increase the number of funded deals by partnering with suitable dealers • Identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers in the assigned local region • Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within independent and franchise dealerships in person • Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts • Follow up on new leads and referrals from telephone calls for independent and franchise dealers • Develop, maintain, and grow current and potential dealer partners • Communicate consistently with dealer partners by phone or in person about current programs • Train dealers on Western Funding and the documentation required for fast funding of contracts • Report to Regional Sales Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the US • Comfortable working remotely and on the road • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • High School diploma or equivalent (required) • College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred) • Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales • Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership • 1–2 years’ previous experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of success • Clear and effective presentation skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology • Results orientation aligned with company objectives • Ability to work independently and in a team • Comfortable travelling up to 75% of the time to visit auto dealers • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
