📋 Description
• Verifying and posting routine and complex payments received from customers • Processing adjustments, write-offs, and refunds • Reconciling payment discrepancies • Supporting the Team Leader with processes and procedures • Performing periodic training of other AR Specialists • Monitoring shared inboxes to research inquiries
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience • Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Intermediate knowledge of PC based application software with an emphasis on Google Sheets • Independently seeks opportunities to improve processes • Excellent time management, prioritization, goal setting, planning, and work scheduling skills • Strong attention to detail • Must successfully pass a background investigation
