📋 Description

• Lead the transformation of WEX’s billing infrastructure into a unified, real-time platform • Design and deploy advanced AI/ML capabilities • Reimagine the experience for global billing operations teams • Identify and prioritize critical problems to solve • Partner with cross-functional teams to iteratively deliver high-impact capabilities • Use qualitative and quantitative signals to guide decision-making • Collaborate closely with engineering and data science leaders • Communicate vision and strategy effectively to senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of product management leadership experience • Deep expertise in the revenue lifecycle (e.g., ERP) and data platforms • Proven experience delivering AI/ML-powered products end-to-end • Strong understanding of financial operations and accounting principles • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives • Comfort operating in ambiguity • A systems-thinking mindset • A deeply data-driven approach to product development • Experience working in agile environments
