📋 Description

• Lead the transformation of WEX’s billing infrastructure into a unified, real-time platform • Create a single, trusted source of financial truth through continuous data synchronization and intelligent automation • Design and deploy AI/ML capabilities for predictive and prescriptive billing intelligence • Enable faster closes, anomaly detection, automated reconciliations, and forward-looking insights • Deliver intuitive, real-time, AI-augmented tools for global billing operations teams • Define and prioritize critical problems and translate customer and employee insights into product strategy • Partner with cross-functional teams to iteratively deliver high-impact capabilities • Use qualitative and quantitative signals to guide decisions, measure impact, and identify innovation opportunities • Collaborate with engineering and data science leaders on scalable architectures and AI integration • Communicate vision and strategy to senior stakeholders and build organizational alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of product management leadership experience • Deep expertise in the revenue lifecycle, such as ERP, and data platforms • Proven experience delivering AI/ML-powered products end-to-end • Experience defining AI/ML use cases, partnering with data science teams, and operationalizing models at scale • Strong understanding of financial operations and accounting principles • Understanding of intelligent systems applied to accrual, audit, and reconciliation processes • Ability to lead multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-wide impact • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping clarity in fast-evolving environments • Systems-thinking mindset with ability to design unified, scalable, automated AI-powered workflows • Data-driven approach to product development, decision-making, and measurement • Experience working in agile environments • Bias toward action, iteration, and continuous improvement
