📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic architect and subject matter expert for WEX’s strategic and complex pricing networks • Ensure pricing functionality is scalable, technically sound and aligned with enterprise-wide objectives • Identify and advocate for AI, automation and data-driven solutions • Consult with Product and Technology teams on platform enhancements and pricing logic • Drive initiatives that increase scale, reduce manual processes and mitigate operational risks • Lead complex issue investigation and resolution across technical, product and billing workstreams • Communicate issues across internal stakeholders and external constituencies • Analyze recurring themes and red flags to drive systemic improvements and process re-engineering • Develop and implement solutions to improve internal and external client satisfaction • Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures, policies, contracts and SOX/SSAE audit requirements • Mitigate financial risk and identify technical or process failures • Provide customer service to cornerstone clients • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Relationship Divisions to grow pricing networks cost-effectively and at scale • Deliver monthly reporting to finance, risk and sales management • Analyze operational and financial data and present actionable insights to leadership and partners • Lead complex partner initiatives and enterprise-level projects • Lead UAT for new platforms and technical enhancements • Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement partner-program enhancements • Assist with staff training and mentor stakeholders as a pricing functionality SME

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 3-5 years of experience in related fields • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated project management capabilities • Results driven, action orientated and self-motivated • Superior critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills • Flexible and adaptable to change • Ability to collaborate with and be influential at all levels of the organization • Excellent time management, prioritization, goal setting, planning and work scheduling skills • Technical proficiency in data extraction and analysis tools • Must successfully pass a background investigation • Direct experience with WEX-specific pricing platforms and internal settlement logic • Experience translating complex business/financial requirements into functional specifications for Product and Tech teams • Experience identifying and executing process improvement initiatives using process improvement methodologies • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to ascertain information and maintain dialogue with multiple teams • Proven ability to navigate and influence in a matrixed organizational structure • Ability to effectively and calmly operate within a complex and changing environment • Ability to identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiencies within department and self • Solid presentation skills
