📋 Description

• Lead full life-cycle recruiting for complex, high-priority sales and corporate business functions • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers • Conduct intake meetings to define role requirements and establish SLA timelines • Coach hiring teams on advanced interview techniques and competitive market expectations • Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom CRM, and proactive outreach • Build robust, diverse talent pipelines for critical enterprise roles • Evaluate candidates for competencies, leadership potential, and culture alignment • Craft compensation offers, navigate counter-offers, and close top-tier candidates • Identify recruitment funnel bottlenecks and recommend process optimizations • Leverage automation to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate conversion metrics • Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience • Advocate for employer brand consistency across candidate touchpoints • Maintain accurate tracking in Workday ATS and Phenom CRM • Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, affirmative action guidelines, and global hiring regulations • Serve as a subject matter expert within the Global Talent Acquisition team • Share best practices and support onboarding and development of junior talent acquisition team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or high-growth environment • Proven track record handling senior-level enterprise roles • Advanced expertise sourcing and closing Sales roles, including Enterprise Account Executives, Leadership, and SDRs • Advanced expertise in Business Operations functions including Marketing, HR, and Finance • Hands-on proficiency with Workday ATS • Hands-on proficiency with candidate relationship management tools such as Phenom CRM • Advanced skills using LinkedIn Recruiter • Proficiency with Boolean search methods and modern sourcing technology stacks • Proven experience leveraging AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, and AppScripts • Strong critical evaluation skills for AI-assisted recruitment workflows • Ability to build relationships, push back constructively, and influence VP-level stakeholders • Mastery of negotiation techniques for closing passive, highly sought-after candidates • Ability to translate recruitment metrics into actionable insights • Ability to manage competing priorities, complex requisitions, and dynamic business pivots • Ability to maintain transparent communication with candidates and managers • Commitment to continuous learning in sourcing strategies, business functions, and market trends
