📋 Description

• Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews for candidates • Create and process candidate offer letters accurately and promptly • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pratt & Whitney, assigned business unit(s), and the aerospace industry • Drive the recruitment process by setting expectations and delivering commitments with urgency to internal and external stakeholders • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and guidelines using the real-time applicant tracking system • Collaborate with leadership on talent strategies and recruitment needs • Partner with recruiters and recruiting managers to execute recruitment responsibilities • Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree or other 2-year post-high-school training • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience • Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter preferred • Experience scheduling and coordinating virtual and onsite candidate interviews preferred • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook preferred • Familiarity with Workday as an Applicant Tracking System preferred • Excellent communication skills • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • No security clearance required
