📋 Description

• Independently own full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions • Manage the end-to-end process from intake and job kickoff through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and offer close • Partner with hiring managers to set expectations, provide market context, and keep searches moving • Build talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and inbound talent • Deliver an informed, engaged, and professional candidate experience • Use data, AI, automation, and recruiting tools to improve efficiency, sourcing precision, and consistency • Monitor funnel health and identify where searches are getting stuck • Lead intake meetings and build search strategies • Source and assess talent while managing competing priorities • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through successful closes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Independently managed multiple searches simultaneously • Hiring experience across Finance, Legal, People and Culture, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, or similar business functions • Ability to run a recruiting desk independently • Ability to lead intake, build search strategies, source and assess talent, manage competing priorities, and drive searches forward • Strong partnership and communication skills with hiring managers and candidates • Highly adaptable approach for different stakeholders and role types • Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, and modern recruiting tools • Ability to use data and recruiting insights to assess pipeline health, conversion, speed, and candidate quality • Strong closing and offer negotiation skills • Ability to understand candidate motivations, navigate concerns and counteroffers, and guide candidates through offers
