📋 Description

• Develop and implement regional talent attraction and recruitment strategies for all Telecare hiring needs across a region • Report on a dotted line to the Regional VP Operations • Function as part of the Regional VP Operations leadership team • Ensure regional hiring needs are supported • Deploy proactive recruitment and attraction strategies • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls • Source passive candidates • Implement additional strategies to provide slates of qualified candidates for hiring needs • Develop recruitment strategies and provide data to quantify recruiting progress

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a recruiter • At least two years’ experience managing people • B.S./B.A. degree in Human Resources or a related field, or combination of relevant education and experience • Knowledge and experience with MS Word, Excel, and HRIS or applicant tracking systems • Experience developing recruitment strategies and providing data to quantify recruiting progress • Experience planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls • Experience sourcing passive candidates and implementing additional strategies to provide slates of qualified candidates • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must successfully complete applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD tuberculosis test, criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification • If driving is required, valid driver’s license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance are required at employment and must be maintained
