📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for regular and part-time positions • Connect with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain candidate relationships • Conduct online searches, track resumes, pre-screen candidates, post jobs, schedule interviews, and coordinate with managers • Organize and host hiring events • Build relationships with community outreach partners to develop new candidate channels • Maintain and build MasterCorp’s digital footprint while ensuring brand standards • Train new managers on hiring policies, Applicant Tracking System use, interviewing, and selection guidelines • Provide weekly and quarterly recruiting reports to the business • Conduct regular reviews with hiring managers and candidates • Support managers at all levels and advise on best-practice recruitment procedures • Track and meet recruiting KPIs, including candidate calls, interviews, time to fill, hires, and source of hire • Stay current on interview techniques, state and federal requirements, and recruiting processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience • High-volume hourly recruitment and hospitality experience preferred • Bilingual Spanish required • Four-year degree in business or a related field preferred • Excellent sales and influencing skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong sense of urgency • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruiting tasks • Problem-solving skills emphasizing questioning and listening • Business acumen and ability to communicate business needs • Ability to travel as needed • Ability to perform required physical functions, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions
