📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the business, leading end-to-end talent strategies across corporate-level roles • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop strategic hiring plans aligned with business priorities • Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive positioning • Guide leaders on selection strategy, interview design, and hiring decisions • Own the full lifecycle recruitment process and elevate it from transactional to strategic • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for critical roles • Align searches with diversity, quality, and speed objectives • Engage and nurture passive and active candidates with a consistent employer brand narrative • Conduct competency-based assessments and present calibrated talent recommendations • Maintain relationships with talent communities for future hiring needs • Use Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market intelligence platforms to inform strategy • Use data to optimize sourcing channels, conversion rates, and decision-making • Lead initiatives improving process efficiency, stakeholder experience, and hiring outcomes • Contribute to broader talent acquisition projects and team capability building • Build trust-based relationships with cross-functional stakeholders • Influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and consultative guidance • Ensure alignment across Talent Acquisition, HR, Compensation, and Business Leaders • Collaborate with Hiring Leaders, People & Culture Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders • Report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Supply Chain and R&D Functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 3+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience • Proven ability to operate as a consultative talent advisor to business leaders • Ability to travel up to 10% for hiring and networking activities • Experience recruiting for salaried corporate and manufacturing supply chain roles (nice to have) • Experience in CPG or food manufacturing environments (nice to have) • Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment (nice to have) • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities (nice to have) • Experience with competency-based interviewing and structured selection processes (nice to have) • Proficiency with Workday and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed (nice to have) • Working knowledge of employment regulations and compliance considerations (nice to have) • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills (nice to have) • Ability to navigate effectively within a matrixed organization (nice to have)
