📋 Description

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through interview preparation and final-offer negotiation • Develop relationships with managers and executives and understand departmental hiring needs and job specifications • Design, refine, and implement recruitment strategies to meet stakeholder hiring needs • Use multiple recruiting sources and innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects • Build WelbeHealth’s employment brand through social media, recruitment platforms, markets, and networks • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates • Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to senior executives and hiring leaders • Create tailored search strategies for high-caliber leadership talent • Advise on hiring decisions and build executive search pipelines for future needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; professional experience may be substituted • Minimum of three (3) years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with increasing scope and responsibilities • Minimum of two (2) years of executive recruiting experience supporting Vice President, Senior Director, or other executive-level leadership roles • Ability to source, engage, and successfully recruit passive executive candidates through multiple channels • Success managing senior leadership, including C-suite, and hiring manager expectations • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and serve as a strategic partner • Success creating sourcing and pipelining strategies for varied roles • Prior agency environment experience plus in-house recruiting preferred • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a vaccine declination form required prior to employment • Compliance with required infection control and PPE standards
