📋 Description

• Partner with clients to deliver Workday Recruiting solutions and implementations • Lead client conversations • Solve complex business challenges • Mentor junior consultants • Play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes • Contribute internally to improve processes and support organizational growth • Lead client requirements and design sessions independently • Configure and deliver Workday Recruiting solutions • Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership • Mentor junior team members within the HCM practice • Support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • 4+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration experience • Interest in Workday Paradox • Workday implementation/project experience • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Full-time W2 position only • C2C arrangements and contract opportunities are not offered
