📋 Description

• Source and recruit psychologists and therapists passionate about serving autistic and neurodivergent adults • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals through authentic outreach and long-term engagement • Manage the full recruiting process from initial contact to offer acceptance • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruiting process • Work closely with the clinical team to understand hiring needs and adapt recruiting approaches for different specialties and backgrounds • Track candidates, verify credentials and licenses, maintain the ATS, and report on recruiting progress • Develop new solutions when standard recruiting approaches are not working

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with healthcare professionals • Ability to articulate the company mission and values compellingly • Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize strategically in a fast-paced environment • Proactive process optimization and effective use of recruiting software • Quick response times and sense of urgency without compromising quality • Full-cycle recruiting experience from LinkedIn outreach through offer closure • Ability to systematically verify clinical licenses across multiple states • Strong organization and attention to detail • Creative problem-solving and curiosity • Expert proficiency with Greenhouse or a similar ATS • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
