📋 Description

• Lead research and early outreach on senior and executive-level searches • Map talent across the company's space, including overlooked companies, direct competitors, and adjacent industries • Source candidates through industry communities, warm networks, referrals, and creative channels beyond LinkedIn Recruiter • Conduct credible initial outreach and phone screens before candidate handoff • Maintain clean, accurate pipelines in Ashby • Help shape job specifications, scorecards, and other search materials with recruiters • Provide market and compensation insight to sharpen sourcing strategy • Share search learnings to improve the recruiting playbook and talent database • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business partners • Progress toward full-cycle ownership of executive searches • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience • Ability to engage senior and C-level candidates • Clear, confident communication and fluency in the company's business strategy • Sharp instincts and sound judgment in assessing candidate fit • Curiosity and resourcefulness in identifying sourcing channels • Discretion and trustworthiness with confidential searches and sensitive information • Self-motivated and organized • Desire to grow from sourcing into full-cycle executive recruiting • Proficiency with an ATS; OpenLoop uses Ashby
