Remote Legal Staff is a staffing firm that sources and places remote legal professionals (such as paralegals, legal assistants, document reviewers, and other support staff) for law firms and corporate legal departments. 📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake and sourcing strategy through screening, candidate experience, and offer • Actively recruit, headhunt, and conduct candidate interviews • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize requisitions • Align stakeholders on role requirements • Define, track, and enforce recruiting KPIs and metrics • Run cadenced reviews, remove bottlenecks, and balance hiring speed with quality • Build and refine sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows for a fully remote, global talent pool • Improve recruiting tools, systems, and processes as the company scales • Champion excellent candidate experience and a consistent employer brand • Report hiring performance and pipeline health to leadership • Translate recruiting data into clear recommendations • Within the first 90 days, understand hiring needs, close current open roles, operationalize the ATS, and build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate talent acquisition in a remote setting • Experience recruiting for fully remote companies is ideal • Proven experience in global remote recruitment (required) • 2+ years of team management experience • Track record of leading and developing recruiting teams • Hands-on experience implementing an ATS and being one of its first users • Experience continuously improving ATS-related systems and processes • Strong command of recruitment KPIs and metrics • Ability to balance hiring speed with a high-quality bar and instill that discipline in a team • Experience building or improving recruitment processes, workflows, and sourcing strategies at a scaling company • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across a distributed, global organization • Data-driven, organized, and proactive approach to leading and prioritizing work
