📋 Description

• Oversee Zoho Recruit to post job openings, source talent, screen incoming resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain clean applicant tracking pipelines • Update and maintain the core Zoho People database • Monitor daily employee attendance logs, check leave balances, and ensure system profiles are accurate • Manage the administrative transition from “Selected Candidate” to “Onboarded Employee,” including document collection and digital signatures via Zoho tools • Assist with basic data hygiene, attendance reconciliation, and monthly salary processing reports via Zoho Payroll

🎯 Requirements

• BCom (Bachelor of Commerce) or a related degree with an understanding of basic business accounting/data principles • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or HR Admin • Hands-on experience with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit is mandatory • Must be fully comfortable working UAE & US Time Zone business hours • Must have a reliable personal laptop with minimum i5 processor and 8GB RAM • Must have a high-speed fiber internet connection • Must have a robust power backup plan
