📋 Description

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, candidate communication, application screening, and initial video interviews • Assess candidates and recommend qualified candidates for next steps • Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines by market • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers on talent needs and recruiting strategies • Serve as a primary recruiter for Rowan Nurses, supporting new studio openings and staffing across existing locations • Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and challenging markets • Follow up with hiring managers on feedback, candidate next steps, and outstanding actions • Guide candidates through the interview process and provide timely, respectful status communication • Train and support hiring managers on recruiting best practices and ATS usage • Prepare and extend offers in alignment with company guidelines • Support new hire processing and onboarding activities • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and internal systems • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience • 2+ years' experience managing all phases of recruitment and hiring in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Prior high-volume nurse recruitment experience highly preferred • Proven success building a talent pipeline • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation tactics • Proactive and independent, with ability to take initiative • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines • Familiarity with hiring and recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices • Proficient with or able to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or recruitment systems such as Lever • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures • HR Certification (APHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) credential preferred • Proficient with Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software • Cooperative, positive attitude and enthusiasm for Rowan • Exceptional listening skills and ability to build trust across all organizational levels • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
