The group operates about 23 offices with roughly 70 providers (urologists, oncologists, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and pharmacists) offering diagnostics, minimally invasive procedures, radiation and medical oncology, clinical trials, and an on-site pharmacy. They focus on treating a range of urinary tract and male reproductive conditions, advanced therapies, and patient-centered services such as patient portals and billing support.

📋 Description

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, position expectations, competencies, and recruitment strategy • Develop, review, and tailor job advertisements before posting • Source passive and active candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels • Review applications, conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidates, and prepare interview summaries and hiring recommendations • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and maintain communication throughout recruitment • Coordinate interview feedback and next steps to prevent hiring delays • Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment trackers, candidate notes, and requisition documentation • Use ATS automation, workflows, reporting, communication tools, and system functionality to improve recruiting efficiency • Actively manage open requisitions through continuous sourcing, screening, and follow-up • Monitor sponsored job advertisements and reallocate advertising resources to priority openings • Maintain recruiting dashboards and analyze recruiting metrics • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience • Promote UCNT’s employer brand through professional communications and high-quality job advertisements • Recommend and implement recruiting process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred • Three or more years of progressively responsible full-cycle recruiting experience • Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, online sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics • Ability to manage a high-volume requisition workload with exceptional organization and attention to detail
