📋 Description

• Develop customized recruitment strategies and implement innovative sourcing techniques • Attract high-caliber candidates to meet current and future hiring demands • Consult and collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders on recruitment strategies aligned with business goals • Guide candidates through the offer process using negotiation and closing techniques • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, job requirements and qualifications • Review resumes and screen candidates for hiring leader submittal • Manage job requisitions, interview scheduling, the Applicant Tracking System and rejection communications • Ensure initial paperwork and compliance requirements, including licensure checks, are met • Source, screen and interview candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels • Recruit high-volume, non-exempt and entry-level clinical and administrative staff • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact through the first day of employment • Partner with HR Business Partners and organizational leaders on talent and recruitment matters, including requisition escalations • Consult with hiring managers on interview techniques and recruitment plans for hard-to-fill roles • Align talent acquisition tactics and strategies with overall business goals • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and clear communication • Identify and suggest recruiting process improvements • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, universities, community groups and schools as needed • Use data and analytics to inform and improve recruitment processes • Perform other job functions as assigned or requested

🎯 Requirements

• Required bachelor's degree • Required 1 year of recruitment experience • Preferred 2 years of human resources experience • Alternatively, high school or equivalent with five years of relevant recruitment, sales or marketing experience in lieu of education and experience requirements • Working knowledge of human resources and talent acquisition systems • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel • Ability to manage a high volume of applicants and job requisitions • Candidate relationship building, active listening and basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and roles • Time management and high-volume transactional efficiency with candidates, job offers and requisitions • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to adapt to hiring demands and organizational goals • Ability to perform the stated physical activities, including climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping and repetitive motion • Good balance and coordination • Ability to exert up to 25 lbs. occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently • Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading
