📋 Description

• Plan recruiting strategies with team leadership to identify client needs and methods that achieve high fill rates • Source candidates through the company database, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals • Conduct behavioral and situational interviews and qualify candidates according to client and RPO guidelines • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including submissions, interview coordination, offer development, negotiation, closing, and administration • Negotiate compensation packages and extend employment offers on behalf of the client • Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws • Support large-scale, high-volume recruiting programs using RPO delivery, ATS management, process optimization, and event-based hiring • Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to recruiting teams • Partner with internal and external leaders on initiatives, project planning, and process enhancements • Build consultative client relationships, resolve challenges, and influence outcomes • Monitor industry trends, recruiting techniques, and competitor activity and recommend improvements • Travel approximately four weeks over a three-month period for client hiring events, special projects, and team initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of full cycle recruiting experience in life sciences; commercial experience preferred • Overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and the job’s organizational impact • Ability to work with electronic hardware and role-specific software applications • Ability to work independently, identify business needs, and proactively address them • Ability to analyze work, set goals, develop action plans, and manage time • Ability to proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience • Ability to attend to customer needs and expectations • Ability to influence or change others’ positions and opinions • Ability to engage effectively in dialogue • Ability to travel approximately four weeks over a three-month period
