📋 Description

• Lead talent acquisition programs • Provide day-to-day operational oversight of programs • Manage work assignments, hiring, and performance coaching for program team members • Manage program expenses and regulatory compliance • Partner with the human resources team to deliver talent acquisition programs • Consult as a subject matter expert throughout recruiting and hiring processes • Establish work priorities and timelines for personal work and program teams • Resolve unique and complex program administration challenges • Generate solutions considering wider implications • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Monitor compliance and reporting requirements related to talent acquisition • Maintain awareness of organizational structure, personnel policy, and employment laws • Partner with leaders to identify program gaps and plan actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resource or another business-related field with human resource coursework required • In lieu of education, leadership may consider a combination of post-secondary education and work experience • Independent decision-making and leadership qualities desired • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Understanding of talent acquisition compliance and reporting requirements • Knowledge of federal and state employment practice laws • Relationship management skills and ability to establish credibility with leaders • Strong communication and consultative skills • Ability to develop close relationships and establish trust with clients • Proficiency with HR technologies • Efficient time management, coordination, and project management skills
