📋 Description

• Lead and execute full-lifecycle recruiting searches across sales, developmental, technical, and corporate roles • Maintain candidate pipelines and drive searches forward • Use Lever and/or Rippling to manage recruiting workflows, pipeline metrics, data hygiene, and talent operations • Advise hiring managers and department leaders on interviewing practices, market dynamics, and structured evaluation • Build employer-brand relationships with universities, educational institutions, and professional communities • Host and attend targeted events and engage online talent networks • Research and develop new domestic and international talent markets • Oversee external vendor relationships, tool performance, and candidate engagement metrics • Improve site traffic and application conversion • Champion FiscalNote’s values, mission, and inclusive hiring practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment • Experience preferably within tech, media, or dynamic corporate environments • Experience with internal recruiting and agency environments is a plus • Hands-on experience using Lever as an Applicant Tracking System • Hands-on experience using Rippling for HRIS/onboarding workflows • Proficiency with advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Handshake • Proven track record sourcing and closing competitive Sales/Business Development Representative, Account Executive, and growth-focused roles • Ability to advise leaders using data and structured interviewing methodologies • Strategic negotiation skills • Experience organizing community events and managing university relations • Experience building talent pools and elevating employer presence • Demonstrated commitment to equity, broad sourcing outreach, and fair evaluation practices • Ability to thrive in an evolving, ambiguous environment • Enterprise-level problem-solving abilities • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Social Sciences, HR, or equivalent practical experience
