📋 Description

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards • Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media • Screen candidate resumes and job applications • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process • Promote the company's brand • Collaborate regularly with the Talent Acquisition Leader and Hiring Managers • Proactively identify future hiring needs and build the candidate funnel • Attract candidates through social media networks and employee referrals • Help ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Shift: 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday through Friday • Fully remote position in Chicago, IL • Proven work experience as a Recruiter • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment • Ability to conduct different types of interviews • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Paylocity a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong decision-making skills • Ability to present the company and open roles positively to potential candidates • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Three-month contract assignment
