📋 Description

• Partner closely with managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan • Open requisitions and post job openings • Source licensed Hygienists using recruiting and sourcing tools, methods, and social media channels • Screen and qualify candidates and make recommendations for interviews • Work with the Academic team to recruit from colleges, universities, and Hygiene programs • Attend job fairs as required • Manage the candidate selection and interview process • Manage negotiation, closing, onboarding, and candidate/new-start relations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3+ years of experience with full cycle recruitment in a strategic, fast-paced setting • Healthcare experience is a plus • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Technical proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel • Ideal candidate resides in Central or Eastern Standard Time • Ability for occasional travel for team meetings and academic/networking events
