📋 Description

• Partner closely with managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan • Open requisitions and post job openings • Source licensed Hygienists using recruiting and sourcing tools, methods, and social media channels • Screen and qualify candidates and make interview recommendations • Work with the Academic team to recruit from colleges, universities, and Hygiene programs • Attend job fairs as required • Manage the candidate selection and interview process • Manage negotiation, closing, and onboarding elements of candidate and new-start relations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3+ years of experience with full cycle recruitment in a strategic, fast-paced setting • Healthcare experience a plus • Strong communication skills • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Technical proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel • Ideal candidate resides in Central or Eastern Standard Time • Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and academic/networking events • Experience sourcing licensed Hygienists • Availability to work in the United States locations specified for the role
