📋 Description

• Provide leadership to the Travel Nurse recruiting team responsible for recruiting and placing healthcare professionals for travel nurse assignments throughout the US • Develop strategic initiatives and action plans to meet working nurse volume and profit goals • Align long-term team goals with individual short-term goals and establish clear expectations • Manage individual production goals driving financial results, growth, and retention • Communicate milestones and successes to keep the team focused, engaged, motivated, and inspired • Assess individual performance and develop employee skills and abilities • Implement improvement plans as needed • Mitigate and resolve concerns affecting healthcare travelers by initiating contact with professionals and coordinating resolutions • Cultivate accountability, responsibility, and trust within the team • Work with the functional training department to schedule courses and one-on-one development • Model the “Standards of Excellence” platform within Cross Country • Perform other duties as assigned, with or without accommodation

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience in the service industry and/or recruiting experience preferred • 2 years of experience in a leadership/management capacity required • Basic knowledge of computer operations and applications • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions
