📋 Description

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions • Manage day-to-day operational processes • Support church engagement workflows • Oversee reporting and operational systems • Execute recruitment initiatives that drive church participation and growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process coordination, operations, administrative support, customer service, or project management • Experience with data management and reporting • Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams • Familiarity with church, ministry, or nonprofit environments preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework and experience • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills • Customer service mindset • Problem-solving ability • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability and willingness to work full-time remotely in the United States • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States • Must be willing to work for an organization guided by Christian values and its Statement of Faith
