📋 Description

• Manage teacher recruitment within the database and outsource platforms • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including profile selection, interviews, and paperwork exchange with selected trainers • Provide selected teachers’ profiles to the sales department • Handover selected teachers to the course coordinator • Work under direct supervision from the Sales Supervisor • Work Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm USA Eastern Time

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken/written English at C1/C2 level • Preferably speak German, Spanish, Portuguese, or French • Excellent phone manner • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and internet • Experience using recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn • Strong organizational skills • Strong online research and analytical skills • Capable of analysis with good attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Professional communication skills and a proactive attitude • Customer service orientation • Flexibility • Teamwork • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results • Access to a computer and good broadband internet connection • Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm USA Eastern Time • Desirable: experience in an educational environment • Desirable: experience working in an international team • Desirable: experience in recruitment positions
