📋 Description

• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting tools • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process • Support recruiting efforts for a dedicated client account to ensure timely, high-quality hires • Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS • Assist with job postings, talent pipelines, and recruitment marketing • Support internal projects, process improvements, and other initiatives that contribute to the growth of PLS

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or administrative experience • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS is a plus
