📋 Description

• Leverages relevant channels and tools to attract qualified candidates to open roles. • Explores creative methods to build our employer brand such as special interest groups, job boards, social media, career fairs and networking events. • Possesses strong organizational knowledge and articulates Corpay’s employee and client value propositions in a compelling manner. • Interviews applicants to validate their work experience, education, skills, competencies and salary requirements. • Succinctly summarizes candidate information from phone screens and recommends qualified candidates. • Schedules and coordinates interview activity, providing timely feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders. • Provides frequent, data-driven updates to HR leadership to report on recruiting progress.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a similar fast paced, high-volume environment • Previous sourcing for Operations, professional, IT and/or sales • Proven ability to strategize, prioritize and develop creative new methods to attract talent to fuel candidate pipelines • Outstanding communication skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs. • Excellent time-management and organizational skills • Knowledge of behavioral, situational and/or competency based interviewing techniques
