📋 Description
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, referrals, and internal databases. • Build candidate pipelines for multiple open positions. • Continuously identify new talent for difficult-to-fill roles. • Make outbound phone calls to prospective candidates. • Contact candidates by email and text message. • Follow up consistently throughout the recruiting process. • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate: Relevant experience, Technical qualifications, Industry background, Compensation expectations, Availability, Interest in the opportunity. • Maintain accurate candidate records. • Update candidate activity within our recruiting platform. • Prepare candidate summaries and recruiting notes. • Coordinate with Account Managers throughout the hiring process.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience • Excellent spoken and written English • Comfortable making outbound phone calls • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS platforms • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office.
