• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, referrals, and internal databases. • Build candidate pipelines for multiple open positions. • Continuously identify new talent for difficult-to-fill roles. • Make outbound phone calls to prospective candidates. • Contact candidates by email and text message. • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate relevant experience, technical qualifications, industry background, compensation expectations, availability, and interest in the opportunity. • Maintain accurate candidate records and update candidate activity within our recruiting platform. • Prepare candidate summaries and recruiting notes and coordinate with Account Managers throughout the hiring process.
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Comfortable making outbound phone calls. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS platforms. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office.
