📋 Description

• Conduct full-life cycle recruitment efforts supporting US Government and private sector contracts • Recruit and evaluate job candidates to achieve staffing objectives • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other methods • Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions • Use reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to evaluate candidates within schedule • Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes • Onboard new employees to support full integration • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Ability to pass a background check • Must remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Frequently move inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery • Occasionally stand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • May be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather during visits to operational areas • May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise
