📋 Description
• Receive fuel requests via email or phone and confirm details with clients. • Enter orders into our GA order entry system (OTS) and lock in pricing. • Arrange fuel deliveries with preferred carriers and confirm successful completion. • Quickly resolve logistical issues and recommend alternative solutions when needed. • Work closely with Supply, Accounting, and other departments to keep operations running seamlessly.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED). • 1–6 months of experience in dispatching, customer service, or communication roles preferred. • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotating weekend shifts for on-call coverage.
