📋 Description

• Source and obtain quotes from contractors, suppliers, and service providers • Support competitive bidding processes for construction and facility projects • Assist with vendor selection by gathering proposals and comparing pricing • Help maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers across multiple regions • Partner with project managers to support construction, maintenance, and capital improvement projects • Track procurement activities and ensure materials and services are delivered on schedule • Assist with contract administration, renewals, and vendor documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, facilities coordination, construction administration, vendor management, or project support • Experience working with contractors, suppliers, or third-party service providers • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems such as ERP or procurement platforms
