📋 Description
• Lead, develop, and coach Maintenance Supervisors and regional technical teams • Create and implement maintenance programs, standards, and best practices • Oversee regional budget, parts management, and vendor relationships • Review and analyze uptime, repair costs, and maintenance KPIs • Identify systemic issues and drive long-term improvement initiatives • Partner with Operations, Training, and Safety teams to align on priorities • Ensure strong execution of maintenance support for new site openings • Provide escalation support for complex or high-impact equipment failures
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7 years of progressive maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities • Strong technical background in car wash systems or similar automated equipment • Exceptional communication and leadership skills • Proven ability to lead multi-unit technical operations • Strategic thinking & systems-level leadership • Data-driven decision-making • Training, coaching, and team development • Ability to influence cross-functional partners
