📋 Description
• Lead and review tax compliance and advisory engagements for individuals and businesses. • Collaborate with firm leadership on client service strategy and tax planning initiatives. • Supervise and mentor staff accountants, providing coaching and review feedback. • Ensure compliance with professional standards and evolving tax regulations. • Leverage technology to collaborate effectively with clients and team members, regardless of location. • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
🎯 Requirements
• CPA license required. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s in Taxation preferred). • 3+ years of recent public accounting experience with tax-focused responsibilities. • Proven leadership ability with interest in career progression to Partner level. • Strong technical tax knowledge and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
